Silent Auction, Quilt Raffle & Bake Sale and More: SILENT AUCTION located in the
Gathering Area. Bids accepted until Sunday,
December 6 at 12 noon.
Saturday, December 5 – doors open from 1:30 – 5:30 pm / Sunday, December 6
doors
open from 7 am to 12 noon for your convenience in placing your bid. Bidding
ends at 12 noon.
Auction items include: Fontanini Nativity Set, Olive Wood Nativity Set,
Baskets
of Goodies, Swampy Santas, Bookcase, Dumbells, wreaths, christmas tree, jewely,
giftcards, santas, angels, snowmen and more.
QUILT RAFFLE – Drawing December 6 at 12 noon. Tickets are available in the
Gathering Area (tickets in envelopes attached to a flyer with pictures of the
quilts that you can choose from if your ticket is drawn). Tickets are $1
each.
Up to 5 quilts will be given away.
BAKE SALE & MORE located in the Gathering Area. Doors open on Saturday,
December 12 from 1:30 – 5:30 pm / Sunday, December 13 from 7:30 – 11:30 am.
Cookies, Breads, Jellies, Candies, Pies, Chex Mix, Christmas Cactuses,
Christmas
Stockings, books, snowman “soup” & more. Donations will be accepted on Friday,
December 11 at the parish office (812-482-4461) or can be brought to the
Gathering Area on Saturday or Sunday.
